WHAT THIS PROVES (scope, honest): the full economic arc of a marketplace job -- delivery committed on-chain under a provider mandate, then buyer acceptance and atomic escrow release executed under a buyer mandate held by an agent-controlled wallet. Both irreversible boundaries stayed human-gated (ARM). Both ceremonies were armed by the same operator (operator:zorg); the separation of buyer and provider authority is cryptographic (distinct keys, mandates, policies), not organizational.
